RETURNS
No returns or exchanges are accepted. Returns are accepted only for products received damaged, subject to verification and approval by Moon Label.
DELIVERY
Orders are processed and dispatched within 8–12 working days. Expected delivery is approximately 15–16 days from the order date. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location, courier services, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged product, a clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package. The video must clearly show the package and the damage to the product.
Damage claims must be submitted with proper video evidence on the same day the order is delivered. Claims or videos submitted after the delivery day may not be accepted.
After reviewing the video and verifying the damage, Moon Label will decide whether the return can be approved. If approved, the return will be processed using Moon Label's return label.
