1. Valid Reasons for Exchange

(Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery)

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

i) Manufacturing / Production Defects

  • Products with genuine manufacturing or production defects are eligible for exchange.

  • After verification, the exchange will be processed without any additional product cost.

ii) Size Exchange

  • Customers may request an exchange due to size issues.

  • Size exchanges are subject to:

    • Availability of the requested size

    • Payment of applicable exchange charges (including dry cleaning and re-courier costs)

Note: Order cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed.


2. Exchange Process

  • Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • If approved:

    • A replacement product will be shipped.

If the requested product or size is unavailable:

  • Customers may:

    1. Choose an alternative product of equal value, or

    2. Receive a coupon code equivalent to the product value for future use


3. Eligibility Criteria

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The company reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these conditions.


4. Mandatory Proof Requirement

A continuous unpacking video is required for all defective or incorrect product claims.

The video must:

  • Be recorded without cuts or edits

  • Clearly show the sealed package being opened

  • Clearly display the defect

Failure to provide valid video proof may result in rejection of the request.


5. Return Shipping Policy

  • Reverse pickup is not provided.

  • Customers must return the product via a nearby courier service at their own expense.

  • The company is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.


6. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 3-day window

  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences

  • Incorrect size selection without willingness to pay exchange charges

  • Products purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional offers (if applicable)


7. Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Only exchanges or coupon codes will be offered as per this policy.
